Your chance to stand out from regular players is here. Sonabed's VIP Club is where regular players get rewarded with premium cashback, the fastest withdrawals, dedicated account managers, and access to exclusive events.
There are 6 tiers from Bronze all the way up to Diamond — the more you play, the more points you earn and the higher you climb.
Different perks at every tier – climb higher, earn more
Start from the bottom, work your way up
VIP points are added automatically with every confirmed bet — 1 point for every ৳100 wagered. Points from both Casino and Sports count together. Your points never reset monthly, but if your account stays inactive for 3 consecutive months, you may drop down one tier.
If you bet regularly online, there comes a point where you think – I'm putting in serious money, I deserve more in return. Sonabed's VIP program was built with exactly that in mind. Every bet you place counts, every point you earn is saved, and your rewards keep growing over time.
Weekly cashback starts from the Bronze tier. So even if you have a rough week, you'll get a portion of that week's losses back. Think of it as a safety net — you never walk away with nothing.
Dedicated support kicks in once you reach the Gold tier. That means when you have a question or an issue, you skip the general queue and get help through a separate, faster channel — including quicker resolution of any withdrawal issues.
From Platinum, you get a dedicated personal account manager. They learn your betting patterns, suggest relevant offers, provide exclusive odds boosts before matches, and assist you directly with any complex issues. Many members find this benefit incredibly useful.
Diamond members are Sonabed's most valued players. They enjoy no withdrawal limits, payments processed in 5 minutes, and a dedicated hotline they can call anytime. This level of VIP service is hard to find anywhere else in Bangladesh.
Earning VIP points is completely straightforward. Whether you're betting on cricket or playing at the Live Casino, you earn 1 point for every ৳100 wagered. Casino games accumulate points at a slightly higher rate, especially live table games. And during special promo periods, you can earn double or triple points.
Once you reach a tier, you keep it for the next 3 months even if you bet less that month. However, if you're completely inactive for 3 consecutive months, you may drop down one tier.
Tier maintenance requirements have been made more flexible for Platinum members and above.
